This morning we were up and out early! We left to travel to the Ngorongoro Crater at 7 am. The day started chilly with lots of fog, but the farther we got into the crater, the warmer it got, the better we could see, and the more animals we could find! Today’s findings included hippos, rhinos, lions, zebras, warthogs, elephants, gazelle, antelope, and more.
So far, Our week has consisted of praying with and bringing food to many families in remote communities, celebrating wedding anniversaries, and a few birthdays, including our very own Judy, whose birthday is today. Happy Birthday, Judy! We have taught and delivered Days for Girls bags and multiple primary schools, briefly visited a market or two, danced a lot, and made friends with many. Tomorrow we will head to Pastor Sossy’s church to teach Helping Babies Breathe and Helping Mothers Survive to the Maasai midwives. The Lord has been moving in mighty ways, and we cannot wait to see what tomorrow holds.
